We are an online business, and all orders are placed via our website. You choose the products and add them to the cart and complete the checkout process.

You should receive an order confirmation via email when we have processed your order, and a second email when it is dispatched. Also, you can track your order progress online from the “view orders” page.

• Credit card or Debit Visa Card : If you have a Sovereign Trade account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank. We do not accept prepaid credit cards, Visa/Mastercard gift cards, or Discover cards at this time.

We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return within 14 days. You only have to send the products back to us, at your own cost, unused and undamaged in the original packaging. We will arrange a credit, exchange or refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@sovereigntrade.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
